Contact Us

We recognize that this may be a difficult time for you. Women are fortunate to have the Freedom of Choice.

We can be reached at   585-241-8935,   585-455-6681, or  TOLL FREE: 1-877-558-5409

Office Hours: Reception window in the main waiting room.We are open Monday through Friday and we also have some evening hours. We are always available to see women for services on the same day they call or on the next day at the latest.  We feel weekday appointments enable us to provide optimal care with all ancillary services available (i.e. Laboratory, Surgicenter). Appointments during the week also help maintain a high degree of privacy because there are several different offices and services in our medical center and the purpose of each person’s visit cannot be identified.

We are available 24/7 to schedule appointments and answer any questions you may have. Once you are enrolled in our program our availability is the same. We also have an after-hours telephone service to take your call. Our answering service can reach a clinician at any time of the day or night for urgent questions or emergencies.

We are conveniently located at 125 Lattimore Road, Rochester, NY 14620,  not far from Strong Memorial Hospital and Interstate 390. Our new, modern office facility is served by local bus routes and offers free on-site parking.
