These patient comments are provided from patient questionnaire responses and personalized notes we have received. Patients have expressed their experience in their own words. We trust that this will be helpful. In some cases, the information which appears in the “How Did You Hear About Us” section has been intentionally blocked to protect the privacy of each patient’s referral source.
